CUSTOM HORROR DOLLS BY WILL TURNER
Each doll is made to order and may differ slightly from
pictures. The picture is an example of what you will receive and not the actual
finished product.
Handling time is 15 business days. In most cases your doll
will be finished and shipped within a couple of days but can take up to 15
business days to complete.
Made from recycled fashion dolls with hand-sewn clothing,
each doll is unique and one of a kind. No two dolls of the same character will
look identical. Most of these custom dolls are 11 or 12 inches tall. They are
all 1/6 scale.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
Q: Are the dolls articulated?
A: Most of them are not fully articulated. My custom dolls
are made from recycled Barbie dolls. The type of bodies used varies, depending
on which kind of used dolls I have available.
Q: When will my order ship?
A: Custom dolls can take up to 15 business days to make. Your
order will ship as soon as the dolls are finished.
Q: How tall are the dolls:
A: These are made from fashion dolls, such as Barbie dolls. An
average Barbie doll is 11 ½ inches tall, which is around 1/6 scale.
Q: Where do you get the clothing for the custom dolls?
A: I make the clothing myself. Each custom doll has a
hand-sewn outfit that resembles what the character wears in the movie or tv
show the character is known from.
Q: Do the dolls have shoes?
A: Most of them will have shoes, but some will not.
Q: Do the dolls come in custom boxes?
A: No. The Custom Horror Dolls come in a clear cellophane
bag with a numbered tag attached to the doll. No movie logos or character names
are on the packaging.
Q: How are they shipped?
A: Depending on the weight, the dolls will be shipped using either
USPS First Class or USPS Priority mail and in a sturdy box.
Q: Do you take requests or do commissions?
A: Usually yes, but at this time I am not taking commissions.
Commissions start at $65. The final price depends on the character and the
amount of work and materials needed to complete it.
Q: Do you accept returns?
A: No. All sales are final. If you have a problem with your order,
please message me and we will work something out.
Q: Do you only make horror characters?
A: No. I also make a variety of non-horror characters.
Q: I need my order shipped overnight. Can you do that?
A: No. It takes time to make the dolls and there are probably
other orders ahead of yours. It would not be fair to make your order in a hurry
and skip others. If you need a doll by a certain date, make sure you order in a
timely manner.
Q: Why doesn’t the doll look exactly like the character in
the movie?
A: It’s not supposed to look exactly like the character. It’s
an artist’s interpretation of the character. I look at them as a doll (Barbie)
dressed up or cosplaying as the character.
