When are items shipped?
Items are shipped daily within 24 hours of payment.
Shipping closes daily Monday-Friday by 3PM PST, Saturday by 1PM PST, Closed Sundays
What if I receive an open item?
As some items are health and beauty related there are NO guarantees that every item will be sealed in protective plastic as not all companies provide items this way.
The item will be sold to you as I purchased it so please do not leave negative feedback about something that is out of my control.
(Example: A lipstick does not have a label attaching the lid to the stick; this does not mean it has ever been opened and I challenge you to find one packaged in that manner)
