Returns Are accepted within 10 working days after receipt. If possible, the goods will be exchanged with a duplicate item from our stock. If this exchange is not possible, the customer shall receive a full refund. The serial number on the returned item must match the serial number in our records. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
