Scott Fitzgerald wrote ‘There’s no second acts in America.’ (or something like that). WRONG! And here to prove it is the second coming of the beloved Edie the Egg Lady shirt. You remember Edie from such John Waters’ classics as ‘Pink Flamingos’ and ‘Polyester’. Way back when we printed this design as promotional pieces for that 1981 movie. Those originals are collector items but alas they’ve all gone to good homes. We don’t reprint our shirts as a rule but when we heard that a NYC waiter was spotted (and photographed) wearing a knock-off of the original shirt we decided that quality standards must be upheld. We unearthed the original film positives and have just REPRINTED a limited number of shirts. 100% cotton (like the originals but a heavier weight cloth) these new shirts may be even better – and certainly in 2019 sizes for the wearable art experience.
